Growing law firm seeks Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team and provide support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is professional, friendly, and capable of providing outstanding customer service.
Our firm handles a large case load and differentiates ourselves by the extensive use of technology. Comfort with computing and learning new technologies is a must!
This position has large growth opportunity with a young firm. Previous legal/law office experience not required, previous office experience preferred. Willingness to learn different areas of operations, take on additional responsibilities, and crosstrain for additional compensation. Opportunity to move to full time as firm grows.
Position handles senstive data and will require background check prior to final offer of employment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Follow up with leads from our website and social media.
- Interface with the Court in setting hearings & appointments.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Manage large amounts of incoming documents from clients.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Manage routine social media posts and assist in maintaining website content.
- Assist with filing and other clerical duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
