Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of various construction projects while ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. Duties
- Assist current project managers to expedite communication between team members and contractors
- Work with senior Project Managers to help schedule labor productively and efficiently
- Communicate with labor force to assess production
- Effectively communicate within all levels of the organization
- Maintain organized project documentation for easy access and reference.
Requirements
- Ability to work at a high level and produce accurate and timely work under changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong relationship building skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to physically navigate jobsites under typical construction worksite conditions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
