We are looking for a Customer Service Representative / Account Manager with these qualities and qualifications:

  • Confident Relationship Builder and Detail Guru: care for our clients with excellence while running the existing account management procedures.
  • Trustworthy individual who understands the balance of what delivering results in a flexible environment means.
  • Be proactive, rather than reactive: a self-starter who takes action on what needs to happen.
  • Quick Learner: it's okay if you're not licensed or familiar with insurance terminology; we're happy to invest in your development. With that said, insurance knowledge and an active P & C license are a plus.
  • Exacting Process Follower with Common Sense and Good Judgment: our processes are well built out to efficiently serve clients. Because we custom tailor coverage for each client, sometimes curveballs are thrown our way.   • Computer Literacy: if you can effectively use Google, Excel, and Outlook, you will make it!


Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing our existing clients' service requests and renewals (home and auto).
  • Answer prospect and current client inquiries via email/phone/in person,
  • In case you don't have an active P&C license, you will be required to study and successfully pass the test to acquire your license,


What we offer is a fun, dynamic work environment and growth opportunities. Work hours are Monday through Friday during business hours (9-5). In-office presence is required. We are looking to hire the right person on a full-time basis.
