Principal Responsibilities :

Marketing Manager (New Position)

The Jewish Federation of Sarasota-Manatee seeks a creative, flexible, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team.

This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Job responsibilities include :

• Manage the marketing budget to maximize impact and cost-effectiveness of marketing work product.
• Oversee and implement social media operations, including creating and managing content for various social media platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Report on effectiveness of said strategies and make recommendations for future campaigns based on analytics and data.
• Work collaboratively with the program and development teams on event promotion and fundraising strategies.
• Develop email newsletters (approximately 2 per week) that are consistent with Federation branding.
• Develop relevant KPIs for email success and regularly report on them to management.
• In partnership with the COO, collaborate with external publications to ensure best use of paid placement.
• Provide impeccable and timely customer service to both colleagues and external clients including answering questions and resolving problems as they arise.
• Assist the marketing team with a wide range of tasks and projects.
• Two direct reports : Senior Graphic Designer and the Webmaster.
