Job Description:
The Exercise Equipment Support Specialist at the Katz JCC of Atlantic County is responsible for ensuring member safety on the fitness floor, providing assistance with exercise techniques, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the fitness floor to ensure member service and safety
- Conduct regular checks of cardio, upper deck, stretch area, free weight rooms, and basketball courts
- Assist new and existing members with exercise techniques and provide support as needed
- Follow and sign off on daily deep cleaning schedules for the fitness floor
- Collaborate with the Health & Wellness Director and/or Fitness Supervisor
