What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fitness Floor Associate position at JCC Association?
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Fitness Associate to join our team at the Katz JCC of Atlantic County. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring member safety on the fitness floor, instructing members on proper equipment use, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the fitness floor to assist members
- Conduct regular checks of cardio, upper deck, stretch area, free weight rooms, and basketball courts to ensure member service and safety
- Help new and existing members with exercise techniques and provide assistance as needed
- Follow and sign off on daily deep cleaning schedules for the fitness floor
- Report to the Health & Wellness Director and/or Fitness Supervisor
