Senior Marketing Manager
Leads the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, devising creative initiatives and campaigns for member acquisition and retention. Analyzes metrics to measure success and identifies areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, implement, and manage marketing plans to enhance image and position in the marketplace.
- Optimize and analyze advertising campaigns on various platforms.
- Implement a 360-degree strategy utilizing multiple mediums.
- Evaluate outcomes of marketing projects from conception to completion.
- Effectively communicate with multiple departments to ensure programs meet audience needs.
- Create and implement marketing calendars for each department.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and assess trends.
- Interpret data to inform future strategies and provide monthly reporting.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
- 3 years' experience driving sales process from plan to close.
- Superior interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact positively and professionally with members and colleagues.
- Organized and detailed oriented with ability to adjust to changing deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010 and multiple system databases.
