Title: Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Travel LNA
Location: Milford, NH, 03055
Term: Contract; 8-13 weeks
Shift: 7am 3pm | 3pm 11pm | 11pm 7am (Alternate Weekends Required)
Travel Pay: $1160/week gross based and up to 40hrs/week
Guaranteed hrs. : 40hrs/week
Start: ASAP
Required:
- Must be certified as a nursing assistant
- Experience with SNF/LTC preferred
- Must work every other weekend
Responsibilities:
- Took care of vitals nuro Checks and Residents that we're fall risk.
- Provided Palliative care
- Respiration and blood pressure when ordered with appropriate completed and demonstrated skills competency.
- Provided proper care and observation of patient's skin to prevent breakdown tissue over bony prominence.
- Respectful of patient and family environment and patient's personal needs.
- Protected organization's value by keeping patient information confidential
- Provided activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary;
- Ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; providing fresh water and nourishment between meals
- Reported observations of the patient to site supervisor
- Maintained work operations by following policies and procedures
