Essential Duties :
- Greeting participants and providing a high level of customer service.
- Responsible for the preparation of lessons plans, instructing, and evaluating class participants.
- Lead group exercise for participants 50 and over with a maximum number of 25 participants
- Arrive on time and prepare needed equipment.
- Track attendance and communicate program updates to participants.
- Respond quickly to all emergencies and administer first aid as needed.
