- Perform general carpentry work, including framing, trim work, siding, and finish carpentry.
- Repair and replace doors, windows, decks, staircases, and other structural elements.
- Install cabinets, molding, baseboards, and decorative finishes.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate execution.
- Collaborate with painters and other team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Assess and troubleshoot structural issues, recommending effective solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite while following all safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project success.
