Industrial Maintenance Electrician Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure seamless production.
- Mentor junior electricians, sharing expertise and promoting a team of skilled professionals.
- Analyze and troubleshoot electrical issues to minimize downtime.
- Safeguard our high-voltage substations, a crucial component of our energy infrastructure.
- Engage in physically demanding work, lifting up to 50 pounds and working at heights.
- Optimize processes, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.
- Promote operational excellence by suggesting innovative solutions.
- Adhere to environmental regulations through vigilant protection practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise with AC/DC circuits and control systems.
- In-depth knowledge of motor, generator principles, and electrical codes.
- Experience with high-voltage systems, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Skilled in aligning motors, drives, and couplings.
- Proficient in panel building and machine rewiring.
- Familiarity with electrical schematics and computer operation.
- Commitment to electrical safety and high-quality workmanship.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Clearance to work under US export control regulations.
