What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Audit Manager, Compliance position at JCW?
JCW is currently working on behalf of a growing global bank that's looking to hire a Senior Audit Manager for their Compliance Audit team. Operating as a true audit leader, this position will be responsible for leading and managing compliance audit engagements across the bank, including banking, AML and wealth management lines of business. This position will be hybrid out of their New York or Chicago offices two days a week.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, lead and manage compliance audit engagements across the bank
- Supervise, mentor and manage junior staff and review workpapers
- Work directly with stakeholders, providing regular updates to them and audit leadership
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 10 years of internal audit or risk advisory experience
- Consumer compliance and AML audit experience required
