This job is targeted towards Florida-based candidates who:
1) Live near their Fort Lauderdale office, OR:
2) If not, live somewhere in Florida and are willing to commute to Fort Lauderdale 1-2 times per month.
Our client, a regional bank with office in Fort Lauderdale, is hiring a new Sr. Commercial Credit Underwriter (8-15y) covering primarily construction loans for commercial real estate. The construction deals span anywhere from $5-100M in size.
The portfolio is fast growing and covers multifamily/condos, high-rise, rehabs, redevelopments, homebuilders, marinas, etc.
The right candidate:
- Must have at minimum 7 years of CRE credit analysis experience, focusing within construction
- Must be located in Florida at least, with a preference towards candidates in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area.
