Nanny

Full-Time Nanny Position – Longwood, FL

Start Date: April or May 2025
Compensation: $25 to $30 per hour Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays & Paid Personal Days
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM

About the Family:

A warm and welcoming family in Longwood, FL, is seeking an experienced and nurturing full-time nanny to care for their newborn daughter. They are looking for a candidate who is reliable, compassionate, and knowledgeable about infant care.

Child Information:

• Infant (Newborn) – Currently bottle-fed with pumped breast milk and feeding on demand.
• No established sleep schedule yet, and mild gas is managed with gas drops and probiotics.

Pet Information:

• The family has a friendly 10-year-old pit/lab mix.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and loving care to the infant.
• Assist with managing sleep and feeding schedules.
• Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities.
• Handle light baby-related housekeeping, such as laundry and bottle cleaning.
• Minimal driving required; the family provides a vehicle for work-related use.

Additional Considerations:

• Dad works from home full-time, and Mom will occasionally be home.
• Flexibility is appreciated, as Mom works 13-hour shifts when she returns to work in June, but Dad will be present, so extended nanny shifts are not required.
• Occasional overnight care or travel would be a bonus but is not mandatory.

Ideal Candidate Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience caring for newborns/infants.
• Strong understanding of infant development and milestone support.
• Reliable, patient, and nurturing.
• Organized and proactive in managing daily routines.
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
