YOUR DAY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you play a crucial role in our company. Yours is the friendly voice our clients hear when they call in, and you establish a positive tone for our interactions with them. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
- Great communication skills in English
- Ability to type and use basic computer systems
A high school diploma or the equivalent is preferred. Experience with customer service is also preferred. Do you enjoy interacting with people over the phone?
