As the Project Manager for Warehouse Order Flow & Optimization, you will be the key liaison between the client and our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that the client's needs are fully understood and effectively executed by our warehouse teams. This includes overseeing order flow processes, improving operational efficiencies, and driving continuous improvement in collaboration with both the client and internal teams.

This includes overseeing order flow processes, improving operational efficiencies, and driving continuous improvement in collaboration with both the client and internal teams.
Key Accountabilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned client, ensuring their expectations and operational requirements are clearly communicated to the warehouse leadership.
- Collaborate closely with the client to understand their business, order flow, and operational challenges, providing solutions to optimize efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional discussions with warehouse managers and team leaders to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in warehouse operations, from inbound logistics to order fulfillment, and propose actionable solutions.
- Manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, working with both the client and warehouse teams to resolve challenges and prevent reoccurrence.
- Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to promote transparency, collaboration, and mutual success.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives that improve warehouse productivity, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Provide regular reports and updates to both the client and internal leadership on project status, performance, and improvement plans.
