Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens in guest rooms and common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks as required during off-peak times or special events.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with custodial practices and industrial cleaning techniques is advantageous.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management principles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
