What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Housekeeping position at The Alida Hotel?

This individual is the backbone of the Makeready experience. They consider each touchpoint of a guest’s stay and create a comfortable and clean experience. This person values each guest and elevates the level of stay to more than just the expected – creating a new standard in hospitality.
Requested Tasks:
-Lead, motivate, and develop Team Members
-Effective manage the operation and hold Team accountable
-Maintain an efficient and effective inspection process
-Ensure proper par levels of tools, supplies and amenities are well maintained
-Oversee staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs and financial/productivity objectives are met
-Manage all expenses to budget/forecast
-Plan and execute rotational projects to maintain all areas of responsibility
-Maintain open communication to ensure fairness and consistency
-Develop and maintain a productive relationship with key departments
