Project Developer – Residential Remodeling

As a Project Developer, you will be the key link between the sales/design process and the construction team. Once a project enters the pipeline, you’ll ensure all the pieces are in place before construction begins. This includes:

  • Preparing permit applications and supporting documents
  • Ordering long-lead materials and verifying selections
  • Coordinating and informing subcontractors about upcoming scopes of work
  • Meeting with homeowners and internal team (project managers, designers) to align on scope, schedule, and expectations

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in various stages of pre-construction
  • Experience working directly with homeowners and trade professionals
  • Comfortable learning and using construction management software (Buildertrend)
  • Basic computer skills (Google Drive, email, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Previous experience in residential construction or remodeling is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
