Qualifications :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in any Business related course or Computer course graduate.
With or without experience in the related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office data processing applications.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Creative, resourceful, attentive to detail, able to meet deadlines and dependable.
Can work with minimal supervision.
College Diploma.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Perform routine bookkeeping work, meaning responsible for doing entry level accounting tasks.
Encoding of financial data and create simple financial statements.
Verify the information printed on documents before proceeding with transactions.
Monitoring of inventories re : service equipment, office equipment, stocks and supplies.
Prepared documents like purchase orders(P.O), sales invoice(S.I), stock receiving report(SRR), delivery receipt(DR), and other official documents for the company that are properly coordinated and approved with all of the departments.
Observe good communication skills since part of the work is to interact with the customers in order to settle discrepancies, contact customers in relation to billing concerns or outstanding payments.
Must perform duties that may assign from time to time.
Job summary :
Handle general office duties , including organizing files, responding to inquiries, and preparing documents for senior accounting staff.
