Summary

Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing. Rooms Supervisor oversees both Front Office and Housekeeping departments .

Front Office:

• leads agents who are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions
• processing forms of payment
• responding to guest inquiries
• highly visible role that gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience
  
  

Housekeeping:

• inspecting guest rooms
• resolving guest complaints
• general office duties
  
  

Rooms Supervisor candidates require Minimum of 1-year hotel experience and excellent communication skills, as well as basic computer skills. Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience
