WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- MUST have a Valid Driver's license and a clean driving record
- MUST be willing to work after hours and occasional weekends
- MUST be able to engage in telephone conversations 8-10 hours a day
- MUST have great telephone etiquette and working knowledge of email systems
- MUST have strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- MUST have excellent customer service skills
- MUST have excellent typing skills
Experience using ServiceTitan CRM software would be a plus! WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position, offering stability and growth, with a schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
