We are hiring immediately for Client Services Representative
Job Description:
We are committed to providing exceptional customer experience. As a client service representative, you will be the voice of our company, interacting with customers via phone and email. You will play a crucial role in building a positive relationship and promoting our customer loyalty.
Job Duties:
- Manage new and existing customers
- Onboard & set up new customers
- Set up/modify contracts
- Provide service reporting
- Oversee flow of product
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer issues/concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Enter in customer orders and returns (data entry)
- set up logistics
- invoicing & maintain deadlines
- Light accounting
- Variety of other periodic tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
