This position is located at the company’s office at 2900 Cowan Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21223, and requires physical attendance at the company’s office each day.

Core Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations of NetSuite systems, including user management, security roles, access permissions, and system configurations
- Customize ERP fields, page layouts, workflows, and reports to meet business requirements
- Troubleshoot and test custom scripts, workflows, and integrations to enhance system functionality
- Oversee data migration, data cleansing, and data maintenance activities
- Work along with third party support to help implement upgrades and systems maintenance
- Create documentation to enhance user proficiency and system utilization
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across the systems
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Level I technical support and troubleshooting assistance for employees escalating as appropriate
- Aid in setting up workstation and telecom needs for employees and diagnose / resolve user software and hardware inquires / incidents
- Ensure user compliance with best practices and company policies for systems use
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining DTC website user functionality
- Communicate with stakeholders, apprise project / program progress
