Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a motivated and consultative Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships with new client, understanding business needs, and delivering creative promotional solutions that help organizations stand out.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult & Advise Clients – Understand clients’ branding and marketing goals, then recommend high-value promotional products and corporate apparel tailored to their needs.
- Drive New Business Growth – Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Manage & Expand Accounts – Build long-term client relationships by delivering excellent service and ongoing promotional strategies.
- Execute the Full Sales Cycle – From lead generation to proposal development, negotiation, and closing, ensuring seamless execution.
- Stay Industry-Savvy – Keep up with the latest promotional product trends, marketing strategies, and brand engagement tactics.
- Collaborate & Innovate – Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
What You Bring to the Table
- B2B Sales Experience – 1 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, ideally in promotional products, marketing, advertising, or corporate branding.
- Strong Communication & Relationship Skills – Ability to build trust and credibility with clients through honesty, professionalism, and expertise.
- Goal-Oriented & Competitive – Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Creative Problem-Solver – Ability to understand a client’s needs and propose innovative solutions that align with their marketing objectives.
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM software, email marketing tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Industry Knowledge (Preferred) – Familiarity with promotional products, branded merchandise, and corporate apparel is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
