- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals, including compliance, quality, packaging, warehousing, and distribution.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in cannabis or another regulated industry.
- 3 years of direct supervisory experience, managing large teams (100 employees) across multiple shifts.
