Position Summary: The Production Coordinator is responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials and products throughout the production facility. They will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials to production cells. The role requires an individual with strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to communicate with multiple departments.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Ensure timely replenishment of Production Pods with materials.
• Maintain, track, and report inventory accuracy across various software platforms.
• Collaborate with the production team to manage materials throughout the production process and reconcile inventory after each batch.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and document all inventory movements.
• Track, document, and evaluate production waste data to identify patterns, trends, or anomalies, and investigate potential causes to minimize future waste.
• Review and validate all inbound transfers from the Warehouse and/or Infusion room, ensuring accuracy in quantity, color, size, and other specifications.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies with materials in Work-in-Process.
• Comply with all state requirements related to the storage, movement, and location of raw cannabis/raw non-cannabis materials within the facility.
• Uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to raw material inventory tracking and management.
• Communicate effectively with the production team and management about waste metrics, findings, and potential improvements after batch completion.
• Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide other data reporting.
  
  

Education And Experience

• 2 years of inventory control experience or experience in a manufacturing role with inventory reporting responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, and/or other inventory tracking systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
