Overview: Dank Creek, LLC is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Data Specialist to join our team as we expand our footprint in the Illinois cannabis market. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the Biotrack seed-to-sale system, combined with a strong grasp of Salesforce and LeafLink invoicing platforms. This role is critical for ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and operational efficiency in our supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Biotrack Seed-to-Sale Operations:
  • Manage and maintain accurate data within the Biotrack system, ensuring compliance with Illinois state regulations.
  • Oversee the end-to-end seed-to-sale process, including product entry, inventory management, and tracking through the fulfillment lifecycle.
  • Audit and troubleshoot data discrepancies and provide solutions to maintain data integrity.
• Sales and Invoicing Platform Management:
  • Integrate and manage sales platforms, including LeafLink and Salesforce, to optimize invoicing and order processing.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to streamline order fulfillment, track product allocations, and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Develop and implement best practices for the seamless exchange of data between Biotrack, LeafLink, and other sales platforms.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Generate comprehensive reports on inventory levels, fulfillment metrics, and sales trends for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify inefficiencies or potential issues and propose improvements.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with the distribution, compliance, and sales teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Communicate effectively with third-party vendors and regulatory agencies when necessary.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  • Partner with the Compliance department to stay up-to-date with Illinois cannabis regulations and ensure all processes adhere to state requirements.
  • Support compliance audits by providing necessary data and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years in a data specialist role within the cannabis industry, with proven Biotrack seed-to-sale experience.
• Software Proficiency:
  • Expert knowledge of Biotrack software, including inventory and compliance modules.
  • Proficiency with sales and invoicing platforms such as Salesforce and LeafLink.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Knowledge:
  • Deep understanding of Illinois cannabis regulations, especially concerning product tracking and reporting.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices for supply chain operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Excel for advanced data manipulation and reporting.
• Project management experience related to software integration and workflow optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
