The Sales Manager is a dynamic leader responsible for driving sales performance, motivating and training the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves hands-on engagement with customers, deal structuring, and a deep understanding of both prime and sub-prime automotive finance to implement effective sales strategies.
Finance experience is necessary to employ our sales strategy for both prime and sub-prime opportunities.

- Automotive Sales/ Finance Manager: 2 years (Required)
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all new and used car sales and finance at the dealership
- Hands-on desking, structuring, and closing deals
- Business Planning, forecasting and execution to achieve projected goals and objectives for sales and profitability on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Manages vehicle inventory appraisals and reconditioning
- Must be a strong closer and willing to engage customers early in the sales process
- Must be knowledgeable of vehicle titling processes
