Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to guide construction efforts.
- Utilize construction management software such as Buildertrend and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Manage project schedules using Buildertrend to ensure milestones are met efficiently.
- Prepare reports on project status, including updates on timelines, budgets, and any potential delays or challenges.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Residential & Commercial construction management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, including blueprint reading and contract management.
- Proficient in using construction management software like Buildertrend.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead teams effectively on-site.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly under pressure.
