We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Manager to oversee and manage residential construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities
- Manage residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Review and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
- Utilize project management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid for tracking project progress and documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimize workflow on the construction site.
- Prepare and manage contracts while maintaining clear communication with all parties involved.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and civil engineering principles.
- Familiarity with project management software including ProCore and HeavyBid is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
- Understanding of construction site operations and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D is a plus but not required.
