Job Details:
· Commission draw.
· Up to $100,000 a year based off of your commitment and your dedication.
· Full time
· Sundays OFF, Tuesday or Thursday OFF.

Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences.
· Provide detailed information about vehicle features
· Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
· Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of inventory
· Collect Credit Information
· Communicate with Management Staff every step of the way
· Follow up with potential and existing customers to build relationships and ensure satisfaction.
· Negotiate pricing and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
Qualifications
Qualifications:
· Clean driving record.
· Valid driver's license.
· Ability to pass drug screening.
· Business attire.
· Good tenured resume.
· Communication skills.
· Customer service skills.
· Ability to manage yourself when needed
