Jeff Wyler Honda Auto Mall in Louisville has an immediate opening for an enthusiastic Internet BDC Agent!

Compensation:

• Hourly commission with earning potential of $60k/year plus advancement opportunities.

Shift/Schedule:

• Full-time Evenings 12pm -8pm
• 5-day work week between Monday and Saturday we are closed Sunday

What you will do:

• Assist customers with vehicle selection online and over the phone.
• Answering customer calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner.
• Assisting product specialists with setting, confirming and rescheduling appointments.
• Data mining to increase appointments and sales.
• Assisting internet team members with follow up processes.
• Building relationships for long-term customer retention.
• Maintain the dealership reputation by maintaining professional and knowledgeable communication with customers.
• Maintaining inter-departmental relationships to more efficiently meet customer needs.
• Following structured and consistent processes.
