Associate, Account Onboarding Specialist
The Account Onboarding Services team is looking for a highly motivated, client-focused professional who is results-driven and comfortable working in complex, evolving environments. The team supports institutional account onboarding within the central account platform & across multiple vendor applications for the various businesses at Jefferies. The individual will assist with account onboarding & documentation, Loan / Secondary Loans onboarding, & provide operational support to the middle office, controllers, and trading desks.
Key responsibilities :
- Provide operational support across all businesses, including, Institutional Equity & Fixed Income, FX, Loan / Secondary Loan and Derivatives
- Maintain account static information throughout relevant systems, including, SSI updates, account set-ups & closures, & regulatory reporting characteristics
- Data reconciliation between various proprietary or third-party systems
- Develop strong working relationships with various teams across the firm
- Perform user acceptance testing for technology initiatives & enhancements
- Respond to ad-hoc requests from internal business partners
Qualifications :
Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $80,000 - $90,000
The salary offered will take into consideration an individual's experience level and qualifications.
