Our Wake Forest location is currently seeking -
1 Full-time Nurse - LPN
1 Full-time Float Nurse - RN or LPN, to work at the Wake Forest & Clayton locations.
As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse, you are a valued resource for our clinical team of providers and support staff. You will provide guidance and leadership to assure our patients receive the best quality care using evidence based guidelines.
Essential Duties for Registered Nurse (RN)
- Manage provider's patient schedule and flow
- Administration of vaccines, medications and other injections
- Laboratory testing and procedures
- Telephone triage advice
- Collaborate with specialist, hospitals and other external entities to coordinate patient care
Opportunities to expand Expertise as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Coordination of specialty programs - Behavioral Health, Asthma, Population Management, Vaccine Management and Synagis
- Leadership opportunity as site leads and trainers
- Practice wide committee involvement
