Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, present our products or services effectively, and close sales to achieve targets. This position requires a proactive approach and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet those needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance against targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness.

Experience

• Like industry experience preferred.
• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
