At Jeffers, we believe in the power of stories. We’re seeking a creative and dynamic Brand Storyteller & Content Creator to be the voice of our customers and elevate our brand presence. This role is all about crafting engaging stories that resonate with our audience, educating them in a meaningful way, and fostering a deeper connection with our brand. You will create videos, snippets, and various content formats that captivate and engage our community on a variety of channels, ensuring that our messages are impactful and authentic.
Responsibilities
- Storytelling & Content Creation: Develop and produce compelling videos, written content, and other media formats that effectively tell our brand story and highlight our customers’ experiences and perspectives.
- Voice of the Customer: Act as the representative of our customers, understanding their needs, challenges, and aspirations to create content that speaks directly to them in an engaging, non-sales way.
- Brand Building: Collaborate with the marketing team to craft and maintain a cohesive brand voice and narrative across all content channels.
- Content Strategy: Design and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand’s objectives and resonates with our target audience. Use insights and analytics to refine and optimize content for better engagement.
- Educational Content: Develop informative and educational materials that provide value to our customers, helping them understand our products/services and how they fit into their lives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, product, and customer support to ensure content is consistent with overall brand messaging and strategy.
Experience
- Passion for Storytelling: Demonstrated ability to craft and deliver captivating stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Experience: Proven experience in content creation, preferably in a marketing or brand-building role. Experience with video production and editing is highly desirable.
- Creative Skills: Strong creative writing skills with an eye for detail and the ability to create content that is both engaging and aligned with brand messaging. Experience with photography or graphic design is an advantage.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to understand and articulate customer needs and perspectives in a way that enhances their connection with our brand.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with content creation tools and platforms, including video editing software, social media channels, and analytics tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
