Duties
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, assessing their automotive service needs.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately document customer concerns.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, including upselling additional services such as shocks, struts, and air brake repairs.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services and maintain high-quality standards.
- Manage service appointments, including scheduling, follow-ups, and suspending services as necessary.
- Prepare auto estimating reports for customers to ensure transparency in pricing and service options.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history in the dealership management system.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. There Would Be Other Duty That You Would Be Responsible For Also.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology, including experience with auto body repair.
