Job Description
Jefferson Consulting Group is seeking a Training Squadron Scenario Developer to provide ongoing support to the U.S. Air Force 505th Command and Control Wing (CCW), Test and Training Group (TTG).
The annual salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 The annual salary range is negotiable. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
The Training Squadron Scenario Developer duties will include but are not limited to:
- Reviewing friendly and enemy orders of battle for various theaters of operation
- Developing realistic scenarios for exercises that will stress the capabilities of participants and increase their command and control proficiency
- Coordinating with 505th Training Squadron instructors to review and enhance exercise materials
Required Qualifications:
- Top Secret/SCI Clearance
- Demonstrated experience in creating robust training scenarios (media products and planning documents) to support specific learning objectives for Air Force Component HQ operational level training
- Either C2 (13B Air Battle Manager-type) or ISR experience in the INDOPACOM region.
- In-depth understanding of Microsoft Office products, particularly the use of Access databases
- In-depth knowledge of Joint Air, Space and/or Cyber Operations, Air Component and Joint Planning Processes
- Thorough understanding of pertinent Joint/USAF doctrine, and DoD/USAF Instructions
- In-depth knowledge of the development and publishing of the following products:
- Concepts of Operation (CONOPS)
- Theater Special Instructions (SPINS)
- Joint Air Operations Plan (JAOP)
- Operational Plan (OPLAN)
- Plan Annexes/Appendices
- Air Operations Directive (AOD)
- Air Tasking Orders (ATOs)
- Airspace Control Orders (ACOs)
- Tactical guidance/directives
- Friendly/Enemy Order of Battle
- Joint Planning Process (JPP)
- Fragmentary Orders (FRAGO)
- Baseline/Daily Reconnaissance Surveillance and Target Acquisition (RSTA) Annexes
