Job Description
Jefferson Consulting Group is seeking a Training Squadron Scenario Developer to provide ongoing support to the U.S. Air Force 505th Command and Control Wing (CCW), Test and Training Group (TTG).
The annual salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 The annual salary range is negotiable. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
The Training Squadron Scenario Developer duties will include but are not limited to :
- Reviewing friendly and enemy orders of battle for various theaters of operation
- Developing realistic scenarios for exercises that will stress the capabilities of participants and increase their command and control proficiency
- Coordinating with 505th Training Squadron instructors to review and enhance exercise materials
