Air Tasking Order (ATO) and Airspace Control Order (ACO) Scenario Developer
R&K Enterprise Solutions, Inc. R&K provides project management and subject matter expertise support to the Air Operations Center (AOC) Command and Control Weapons System Part Task Trainer (C2WSPTT) Training Support Program. The task order also provides innovative techniques and expertise to develop customer specific air, space, and cyber “fly out” replication and scenario development in support of training and exercises. Primary training and exercise audience is intra and inter divisional-level training for the 5 AOC Divisions (Combat Operations, Combat Plans, Strategy, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Division and Air Mobility Division).
The R&K Team is seeking a full-time Air Tasking Order (ATO) and Airspace Control Order (ACO) Scenario Developer.
Title: Air Tasking Order (ATO) and Airspace Control Order (ACO) Scenario Developer.
Location: Hurlburt Field, FL
Duration: Permanent/Full-Time
Clearance: Active Top-Secret Clearance with NATO Secret Security eligibility
Duties: The successful candidate shall perform the following duties:
- Utilize TBMCS Theater Air Planner (TAP) and Master Air Attack Plan Toolkit (MAAP TK) to: (1) create, plan and maintain ~2000 air missions to support AOC training, (2) create, modify, merge, backup, recover, and delete computer based Air Battle Plan (ABP) shells, files and databases, (3) create/develop databases and computer based scenarios to accurately reflect strike missions and packages.
- Develop C2WSPTT computer-based scenarios for all AOC specific mission types (daily).
- Build and modify computer program files and databases which reflect airspace control measures and procedures to support the ABP (daily).
- Assist in the development and delivery of planning materials for C2WSPTT Air Operations Directive (AOD), Air Tasking Order (ATO), and Airspace Coordination Order (ACO) software file and programming products.
- Generate ACO message files to use in PTT and TBMCS during unit training events (daily).
- Assist in the development of planning materials applicable to the production of a daily ABP/ATO, such as rules of engagement and air operations directive.
- Assist in the development of a master training scenario library (daily).
- Provide expertise in the testing of software upgrades in support of C2WSPTT (daily).
- Develop and maintain a realistic Red and Blue AODB to support the AOC Mission Qualification Training (MQT) and Continuation Training (CT) training programs (daily).
- Coordinate with AOC training managers to ensure MQT/CT ABPs, ATOs, and ACOs are tailored to meet training requirements (daily).
- Provide on-site C2WSPTT assistance and training to support scenario delivery.
Requirements: The candidate shall meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 5 years military operational and training experience, two of which must be AOC experience.
- Minimum of four (4) years AOC specific experience in Combat Plans or Combat Operations Divisions.
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience with IBM PC/Client hardware, Windows XP, and Windows 7 operating systems, C2PC, FALCON VIEW, Intel Office, MAAP Toolkit, TAP, JTT, JADOCS, IWS, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Access, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, SharePoint, and C2WSPTT software
Special Requirements:
- Must possess an active Top Secret Security Clearance with NATO Secret Security eligibility.
- Duties may require travel within the organizational geographic area of responsibility.
- Employees are subject to shift work, non-standard work schedules, on-call, extended days, and weekend work.
- Some Travel (less than 25%)
