POSITION OVERVIEW :
Provides leadership to all the patient care departments, ensuring appropriate quality of care and compliance with regulations, in absence of manager, director, and / or administration.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with current Iowa RN license
- ACLS, BCLS, and PALS required; TNCC within 1 year of employment
- Demonstrated competence in management and / or leadership skills for a minimum of three years
- Computer skills required
- Willingness to complete de-escalation training when available
