Home Health Care allows for independence, ability to practice all skills, function as a patient advocate, interact with the community, provide patients with the best care available and to observe the end results of interventions and teaching and to make a significant difference in a patient’s recovery. Documentation is completed within an electronic clinical record.
Job Qualifications:
RN: Completion of a course of study approved by the New York State Education Department as qualifying for Registered Professional Nurse. Salary $29.23 - $37.13/hr., based on experience or;
PUBLIC HEATLH NURSE: A baccalaureate degree in nursing from a regionally accredited or New York State registered four-year college or university and licensure and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State. Salary $31.72 – $40.62/hr., based on experience.

Diploma graduates are eligible with a current license to practice as an RN in NYS.
