Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associateâ¿¿s Degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred. Security experience or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required. Must be able to pass Physical Fitness, Psychological, and Drug testing examinations established by Jefferson for this position (all divisions). PA Armed positions only: meets the requirements of Police Academy training or meets requirements of Act 501 and Act 235F. Valid Driverâ¿¿s License required.
