Job Description
The Program Manager, Sheller Bridge Program is responsible for operationalizing all aspects of the Sheller Bridge Program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1. Lead and oversee day-to-day clinical operations of Sheller Bridge Program, including direct patient care, care navigation and behavioral health services. 2. Lead and oversee successful completion of deliverables for numerous federal, state and foundation funded grants supporting Sheller Bridge Program. 3. Lead and oversee a growing, interdisciplinary clinical and grants implementation team. 4. Serve as liaison to funders and community partners to lead and ensure successful delivery of care and timely completion of grants deliverables. 5. Partner with Finance leaders to track and oversee funds spend and programmatic P&L. 6. Partner with key stakeholders to evaluate and ensure iterative quality improvement for clinical workflows and care delivery based on data and best practices. 7. Support teams with appropriate and relevant professional development to ensure provision of best-practice, evidence-based clinical care and programmatic interventions. Program Manager, Addiction Services serves as the senior operational leader for the Sheller Bridge Program.
