Job Description
Supervises and monitors the daily operational functions and staff in an assigned subsection/subunit of a department. Monitor operational workflows, identify issues while focusing on quality assurance, process improvement and departmental goals.
6 Gathers department metrics and prepares reports for management review.
Demonstrated supervisory experience, Experience in insurance revenue cycle functions (i.e. insurance billing, charge entry, registration, payment posting, reconciliation, etc..)Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills, Excellent written and verbal skills, Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Systems (EPIC), Microsoft Office.
Required Experience, Education, Certification(s), License(s)
High School Diploma or GED required, minimum three years of equivalent work experience.
Preferred Experience, Education, Degree, Certification(s), License(s)
Associates and/or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

Job Description
Supervises and monitors the daily operational functions and staff in an assigned subsection/subunit of a department. Monitor operational workflows, identify issues while focusing on quality assurance, process improvement and departmental goals.

- Manages own assigned work queue(s).
- Makes recommendations and provides input related to hiring, terminations, performance evaluations.
