Job Description: The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to executives, ensuring efficient operations and assisting with decision-making processes. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Communication Management: Screen calls and correspondence; draft and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
- Office Operations: Oversee office administration and maintain records.
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Associate’s degree or higher is preferred but not required.
