What You Should Know About the Practice Network Coordinator Role:
- Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

- In this unique setting, daily interactions with a diverse clientele, including hospital staff, physicians, and visitors, are expected.
Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will support the Practice Network leadership team by coordinating various aspects of healthcare project activities, communication, and documentation among team members and stakeholders. Will also be responsible for providing administrative support to Director of Operations to ensure the efficient operation of the practice network office including a variety of task such as managing schedules, organizing documents, and tracking/trending data.
Practice Network Coordinator Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and active listening
- Proficient in spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Can work independently or as part of a team
- Previous experience in healthcare setting preferred
- Advanced user of excel or access preferred.
- Demonstrated success in leading a project or project team helpful.
- Public speaking experience a plus.
