Education, Experience, and Skills Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and manage conflicts. Physical ability to stand, walk, and respond quickly to emergencies Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding safety, security, and patient confidentiality Strong knowledge of emergency procedures, de-escalation techniques, and conflict resolution Current and active police officer Minimum 1 years of experience in law enforcement (i.e., policer officer, military, parole probation, Arkansas department of corrections, etc.)
Education, Experience and Skills Preferred: Technical Diploma or Associate Degree: in law enforcement, social science, or physiology or other related field. Preferred 1 year of supervisory experience in a health care environment or other setting. Knowledge of security operations and protocols in healthcare or hospital environments Experience in hospital or healthcare security preferred.
