What are the responsibilities and job description for the SERVICE REP-FT position at Jefferson Regional Med Ctr?
HOURS: Must be available for any or all shifts:
EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent. General math skills and legible handwriting for reports. Verbal and public relation skills necessary to relate effectively with others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of basic nutrition and special diets Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
PREFERRED SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: At least one year of food service experience. One year of cashier experience in food service. Culinary training and nutritional knowledge. Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and meal tracking Knowledge in food safety and sanitation standards.
The Service Rep is responsible for ensuring the dietary needs of all residents. This position performs a variety of activities related to the assembly and service of food to patients and /or guests. Promotes excellent customer relations, team orientation, conserves resources, support continuous quality improvement, and enhances the patient experience.
This position is designated as a safety sensitive position.
