Job Summary
This position involves performing diagnostic radiographs and related procedures at a technical level. The Radiologic Technologist will utilize appropriate equipment to produce high-quality imaging, following established standards and procedures. Key responsibilities include reviewing images to determine necessary adjustments for optimum results and participating in Quality Improvement work groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of diagnostic radiographs and related procedures

Requirements
- Satisfactory completion of a formal X-Ray Technology training program in an AMA approved school
- Associate Degree: Applied Science in Radiography or related field
- Knowledgeable in medical terminology and possess generalized skills in medical imaging
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality images
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call rotations if required
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
- Arkansas Dept. of Health Radiologic Technologist Licensure
- Preferred Requirements:
- Minimum of one year (1) experience as a staff technologist or tech extern
- Three years (3) Clinical Experience (preferred)
- Proficiency and expertise in Radiologic equipment and operation
